Get smooth-as-glass polish and hybrid ceramic protection in one step. Why use clay on the paint? After washing and drying your car, run your fingertips over the paint surface. Don't be surprised if you feel the presence of harmful contaminants such as tarnish, industrial fallout, brake dust, wood sap and others that have bonded to your paint. These contaminants prevent your paint from bringing out its full potential in terms of shine and luster. Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Quik Clay Kit kit contains everything you need to restore the surface to perfect smoothness AND ALSO leave a layer of hybrid ceramic protection. The included synthetic clay sponge is designed to work like a traditional clay, but it's easier to use and can be reused over and over again! In addition, it is an excellent choice to effectively remove bound contaminants without risking damage to the paint. Hybrid Ceramic Detailer meguiar's brand is not only a great lube that allows the synthetic clay sponge to glide easily over the paint, but it also leaves a layer of Hybrid Ceramic protective coating that makes water pearl like crazy!

APPLICATION: For best results, perform all steps in the shade, on a cool surface that has just been washed with a pH-balanced car shampoo such as Meguiar's Ultimate Wash & Wax (available separately).
1. Spray a small area of paint or glass with Meguiar's® Hybrid Ceramic Detailer also a synthetic clay pad moisten with one quick splash.
2. With light to moderate pressure, move the synthetic clay sponge back and forth over the moistened surface to remove bonded contaminants until the surface is smooth to the touch.
3. Wipe the surface dry with the included Meguiar's® Supreme Shine™ Microfiber Towel.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 until you have completed the entire vehicle.

NOTE: For heavily soiled surfaces, a traditional mild or aggressive clay may be needed.

TODATEK TIPS:

• When using for the first time, we recommend that you "reach" the synthetic clay sponge by lining up the windows with the help of Hybrid Ceramic Detailer. This will help to properly position the sponge, with the added benefit of a cleaner and smoother windshield! We recommend using a special glass cleaner such as Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Cleaner to remove any potential streaks.
• If you drop a sponge with synthetic clay on the ground, simply rinse under running water and dry with a microfiber towel.
• If the clay sticks to the paint, simply spray the panel and sponge with Hybrid Ceramic Detailer.
• When finished, rinse the sponge under running water and let it dry in the shade, clay side up.
• Store the clay in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Do not work on surfaces below 13 °C and above 62 °C.
