Micro Cut M3.02 is the latest generation of machine micropolishers for the permanent removal of polishing smudges, holograms, fine scratches and paper dulls up to P3000 for all lacquer systems (including scratch-resistant lacquers). By using highly specialised, extremely homogeneous abrasive particles even on dark lacquers and similarly sensitive color shades under extreme lighting conditions, a perfect high-gloss finish is produced. Holograms and fine scratches are removed mechanically and not, as is often the case, masked on the surface. Micro Cut M3.02 is an extremely efficient product, easy to use and can be easily and completely removed.

Directions for use:

For optimum results, we recommend polishing with our Micro Cut Pad and an eccentric polisher with forced rotation (e.g. Makita PO5000C,with highest speed). Alternatively, it is also possible to process with a rotary polisher in combination with our Micro Cut Pad. Soak dry or new sponges completely in polish before use. Spread the polish evenly on the surface to be polished with the machine switched off and then polish with moderate pressure in a crosswise motion until a transparent film forms, i.e. until the aluminium oxide content is completely dissolved. The sponges used for this product are not interchangeable with other products. To remove polish residues without scratches or marks, we recommend our professional seamless ultrasonic cut microfiber cloth.
